Mehrangarh Fort
Mehrangarh Fort covers an area of 1,200 acres (486 hectares) in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India. The complex is located on a hilltop around 122 metres above the surrounding plain, and was constructed circa 1459 by Rajput ruler Rao Jodha, though most of the existing structure is from the 17th century. Inside its boundaries there are several palaces known for their intricate carvings and expansive courtyards, as well as a museum housing various relics. A winding road leads to and from the city below.
Umaid Palace
Built between 1928 and 1943, Umaid Bhawan Palace is a magnificent piece of Rajasthan’s heritage, and a symbol of new Jodhpur. Home of the erstwhile Jodhpur royal family and currently the world’s sixth-largest private residence. Perched on Chittar Hill, the highest point in Jodhpur, this grand yellow sandstone palace spreads over 26 acres of gardens. Jaswant Thada
The Jaswant Thada is a cenotaph located in Jodhpur, in the Indian state of Rajasthan. The Jaswant Thada is an architectural marvel with intricate carvings. Famed as one of the most beautiful white marble cenotaphs, it was built in 1899 by Maharaja Sardar Singh in commemoration of his father Maharaja Jaswant Singh II and serves as the cremation ground for the royal Rajput family of Marwar. This white marble wonder of Rajasthan is often called the Taj Mahal of Marwar.

Founded back in the 6th century, Mandore was earlier the capital of the Rajputana Kingdom. Set at a distance of 9 km from Jodhpur city, Mandore Garden is a major tourist attraction of Jodhpur. Mandore Garden is built around the royal cenotaphs (Chhatris) of the Rathore rulers. The natural charm of the garden makes it truly alluring. The garden is immensely beautiful and is studded with temples, lawns, galleries and high rock terraces.
